Over US $5 billion pledged for Haiti's recovery
United Nations member states and international partners pledged $5.3 billion for the next 18 months to begin Haiti's path to long-term recovery from the January 12 earthquake. Over 150 countries and international organizations gathered March 31 at UN headquarters in New York in support of the people and Government of Haiti.
“Today it has been demonstrated that the international community will continue to support Haiti in the long-term and we will meet the needs,” said René Préval, President of Haiti. “Small and large countries contributed, demonstrating that Haiti is not on its own. Thank you. The international community did their part, and now the Haitian people will do their share. The recovery process must continue, preparing the ground for long-term development and investments.”
The money pledged at the donors' conference, Towards a New Future in Haiti , will be used not only rebuild Haiti over the long-haul, but to build back better.

According to old Austrian tradition you are welcomed by the ceremony of the " Imperial Guards" in the entrance hall.
A great conductor conducts his orchestra and you are presented with a cocktail to the strains of music.
The Grand Master and a Royal Dame of the Order the Royal Honor greet the guests in the festively decorated state chambers, enhanced with many flowers.
11:00 p.m. Fireworks
The traditional ceremony of the Guards, and the Grand Master and a Royal Dame of the Order of the Royal Honor is followed by a welcoming cocktail.
Dance music in various halls and musical entertainment on this special occasion of the Mozart year.

Enjoy Viennese Melange and Waltz music played by a great conductor.
Tradicional Polonaise:
Dance with the Young Ladies and Young Gentlemen Committee.
Viennese Operetta Gala:
As climax of the Royal Ball a grand waltz and operetta show program takes place in the Festival Hall. It features singers and dancers.
As guest of our program we welcome Wolfgang Amadeus
Mozart at the beginning of the Mozart year 2010.
Orchestra:
A prestigious Orchesta will play a Waltz music.
In some Royal Rooms will play Arab-Andalusian amd Sephardi music (Medieval music), where guests could breathe and recreate the One Thousand and one Night.
